Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his wife Aaliya Siddiqui have been at loggerheads for a long time. However, a few days ago, Alia had filed a complaint against Nawaz and his family, after which the Mumbai court has now sent a notice to them.
Alia made serious allegations against Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his family
In fact, Aaliya had lodged a complaint at Versova police station a few days ago through her lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui. Making serious allegations in his statement, he said that Nawazuddin and his family have not given him food for many days. Along with this, they are not even allowed to use the bed for sleeping and the bathroom for bathing. His complaint was registered under section 509 and under section 498A. According to Times Now, Mumbai’s Andheri court has now issued a notice to Nawaz on Aaliya’s complaint.
Nawaz’s bodyguard is troubling Alia
Talking about this, Aaliya’s lawyer told ETimes, ‘Aaliya is his legally wedded wife and he says the same everywhere. After the installation of CCTV cameras in the house, there are now bodyguards who are stopping Aaliya from going to the bathroom. In such a situation, a case of domestic violence is made against Nawaz, because Aaliya is not getting food for many days. Mental, emotional, physical and financial abuse is happening with Alia.
Nawaz did not respond to the notices
The lawyer further said, ‘Nawazuddin’s manager has received my notice and even Nawaz has received my notice, but till date he has not responded to my notice.’ Along with this, Alia’s lawyer said that all these cases are to be heard in the coming days.
Policemen are troubling Aaliya
Alia’s lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui said in an interview a few days ago, ‘Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his family members have made every possible effort to get my client Alia Siddiqui out of the house. He tortured Aaliya a lot and filed an untenable criminal case against her. Thereafter, through the police, he threatened to arrest Aaliya and to come to the police station every evening in evening.
Police did not take action even on Aaliya’s complaint

Rizwan Siddiqui further said, ‘I do not want to directly blame the actions and behavior of the police, yet the facts are that no police officer ever came to protect Aaliya’s rights, even if the police He has been insulted in front of the officers. Not only this, not only was her relationship with Nawazuddin Siddiqui questioned in front of the police officers, but the legitimacy of the younger son was also questioned. Even after all this, the police officers have not taken action on the written complaint given by my client under section 509 of IPC.
There is a dispute regarding the property
According to media reports, there is a dispute between Alia and Nawaz’s mother regarding the property, due to which the matter reached the police. A few days ago, Nawaz’s mother lodged a complaint against Aaliya. The police had registered a case under sections 452, 323, 504 and 506 of the IPC.
