Jiah Khan Suicide Case: After 10 years in the suicide case of Bollywood actress Jiah Khan, the special CBI court will give its final verdict today. In this case, Suraj Pancholi, the boyfriend of the actress, is accused of abetting Jia to commit suicide. The CBI had filed its charge sheet in this case on December 9 and after that, there has been a new twist in the case. Jiah’s boyfriend Sooraj Pancholi has been charged by the CBI with abetment to suicide under section 306 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
The court will give its verdict at 12.30 pm
At the same time, now the special CBI court will give its verdict on this matter today. The verdict will be pronounced by the court in this matter by 12.30 pm.
On the petition of the mother of the actress, the court handed over the investigation to the CBI.
