Gill shared half-century partnerships with Hardik Pandya (28 runs), Suryakumar Yadav (31 runs), and Rohit Sharma. Gill added 74 runs for the fifth wicket with Pandya, 65 runs for the fourth wicket with Surya, and 60 runs for the first wicket with Rohit.
