Gosling amused the audience with a speech in which he bemoaned his humorous inability to move on from his role as Ken in Greta Gerwig’s 2023 film Barbie(Taylor Swift Feels About Ryan Gosling & Emily Blunt’s), including the spoof. In the video, he states, “Just letting go feels like a breakup,” and that the best thing to help deal with the hurt of a breakup is a Taylor Swift song.

During the performance, Gosling wore a white t-shirt under a sparkly black jacket. After donning his black shades, he started singing Swift’s All Too Well in a unique way. In a hilarious way, his songs bemoaned his inability to let go of the comforting beauty of Venice Beach, where he played volleyball with other Kens in the film.
