IPS Abhishek Pallav, a resident of Begusarai district of Bihar, was born on September 2, 1982. In the year 2009, he completed his MD from AIIMS and after that in the year 2012, he became an IPS officer by passing the civil service examination in UPSC. Due to his father being in the army, his primary education was done in the army school. Abhishek had a dream of becoming an IPS officer since childhood, which was also fulfilled.
First posting Dantewada
Abhishek Pallav’s first posting was as Additional SP Anti Naxal Operation in Dantewada, Chhattisgarh. After working here for three years, he became the SP of Kondagaon. Here he worked for about a year, then occupied the post of SP in Dantewada.
Organizes medical camp with wife
IPS Abhishek Pallav’s wife Yasha Pallav is also a skin doctor. Since 2016, both husband and wife organize medical camps for the local people in remote villages affected by Naxalite violence.
